This production line is used to produce WPC door frame profiles. The WPC frame profile production line mainly consists of screw feeder, SJSZ65/132 conical twin-screw extruder, mould, vacuum setting table, haul-off machine, cutting machine and stacker.
WPC door frame profiles are extruded from PVC resin, wood powder, foaming agent and other additives.
WPC door frame profiles are available in different structural combinations and the production line can produce different types and sizes of door frames by changing the mold.
