Working principle:

1,Feeding: as standard design, the raw material plastic film, raffia, bags, fabric will be conveyed into the compacting room by belt conveyor, metal detector can also be installed on the conveyor, and can interlock with control system to warn and stop the feeding if raw material contains metel, by thus, the compactor blades and extruder screw can be protected.

2,Shredding and compacting: the rotary blades of compactor will run very fast speed to cut the incoming material into scraps, besides this, friction heating which are produced by high speed rotation blades will heat and shrink the material scrap into small granules, by thus, the film or bags’ size are extremely reduced, so more material can be fed into the extruder, the extrusion capacity can be guaranteed.

3, Plasticization and degassing: A specialized single screw extruder is applied to melt the pre-compacted material, the plastic scraps will be well melted, plasticized in the extruder. According to customer’s raw material situation , we can equip the extruder with vacuum degassing or natural degassing device.

4, melt filtration: we use single plate double working station screen changer, if your raw material is very dirty, we can use double stage extruder and filter system to remove the impurities thoroughly. And we also provide option for using no mesh screen changer, customer doesn’t need to use screen mesh.
